As the Client Services Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and strengthening our client relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and contributing to the overall revenue generation of the company. You will be the go-to expert for delivering high-quality service and fostering collaboration across internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

Your Role:
- Drive the Client Services Team’s success by managing and nurturing client relationships to foster growth and retention
- You will work with blue chip advertisers and agencies from various industries
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns/projects, including setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Pre-Sales, Sales, Ad Solutions, Product, Data, Newsrooms and Finance to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and enhance the usage of internal tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Ad Manager) for process efficiency and campaign success.
Your Profile:
- Experience or knowledge in digital media advertising, account/project management, ad operations, and the start-up ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience in campaign management or ad operations, with an understanding of ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager), is a significant advantage.
- A keen interest in the digital and mobile media landscape, paired with a tech-savvy mindset.
- Proven experience and confidence in delivering presentations to diverse audiences at all organisational levels, utilising presentation tools such as Keynote.
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach to challenges.
- A passionate team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English (proficiency in additional languages, especially Italian, Spanish, Portuguese is a plus).
