As a Technical Account Manager, your role is to lead our customers to unlock the full potential of the OneFootball platform. You will focus on technical project management and high-level consulting to our clients, working closely with the Client Services Management team and the Product & Engineering team.
YOUR ROLE
- Set up, manage and maintain creatives templates using Google Ad Manager and third parties providers
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions on creatives and Header Bidding integrations and/or technical issues
- Test, certify and on board both new and existing tech providers/partners
- Provide first line technical support to the Campaign Management team
- Training company on new products that have been created
- Be the go-to person for broader technical queries
- Identify ways to improve the operational effectiveness of the Technical Account Management team and take ownership in improving the scalability of the team.
- Highly contribute to improving the Ad-Tech Stack from the sales side by: following industry trends and developments to feed our ad-related roadmap, implementing and optimising this stack together with the Product & Engineering team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study
- 3+ years experience in Programmatic Trading, Ad Operations or Technical Account Management
- Proactive mindset: Always involved and independent to suggest new formats or fix issues
- Strong Experience in web/app development (HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, etc.) and technical solutions consulting
- Entrepreneurial spirit and expertise to identify opportunities of improvement
- Problem-solver and multitasker who remains cool under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills (listening, writing, discussing)
- Experience in the advertising digital industry
- Experience in audience management platforms (e.g. DMP, CDP)
- Expertise in navigating Open-RTB documentation and understanding parameters for effective ad campaign delivery.
- Proficiency in using tools like Charles or Fiddler to monitor and analyse ad calls.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and experience using tools like Postman for API testing.
