As a Working Student in Social Campaigns, you will support the execution of multiple commercial social media campaigns in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior team members, external partners, and creators, gaining hands-on experience across the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation to reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, curious about social media, and eager to learn how commercial social campaigns are built and delivered at scale.
Your Role
- Support the execution of multiple social media campaigns simultaneously, helping the team meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Contribute to creative brainstorms and ideation sessions by bringing in fresh ideas informed by social media trends
- Coordinate the publishing and final delivery of campaign assets across social media channels
- Book and coordinate internal and external resources, including editors, designers, and influencers/creators
- Run pre-publication checks to ensure content meets brand, technical, and disclosure requirements before final sign-off
- Compile campaign data, KPIs, and assets for post-campaign reporting
Your Profile
- Interest in commercial social media content and digital campaigns
- Understanding of how social media platforms work and how brands perform on them
- Awareness of social media trends and content formats
- Clear storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
- Motivated, engaged, and solution-focused, with effective time-management skills
- Willingness to learn and develop, currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
