As a Client Services Intern, you will be an integral part of our Client Services team, supporting the delivery and execution of campaigns as well as projects. From campaign setup to optimisation and reporting, you will help ensure our campaigns run smoothly, deliver value to our partners, and contribute directly to revenue generation.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Social, Newsroom, and Ad Operations, gaining hands-on exposure to how digital advertising campaigns are executed and scaled in a fast-paced tech and football environment. This role offers meaningful ownership and the opportunity to run campaigns and projects independently with guidance from experienced team members.

Your Role

• Supporting the end-to-end campaign management, including forecast, setup, monitoring, optimising, as well as performance analysis and campaign assessments
• Assisting in the creation of regular and ad-hoc campaign reports, translating performance data into clear insights for internal teams and partners
• Helping manage and develop day-to-day client and partner relationships in collaboration with Client Services and Sales teams
• Working cross-functionally with Sales, Creative Solutions, Product, Social, Newsroom, Ad Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Maintaining and improving the use of internal tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, Google Data Studio, and Asana
• Supporting process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance campaign performance and client experience
• Possibility to own dedicated projects driving different areas of the Client Services department, as well as service quality overall

Your Profile

• Initial experience or academic exposure to media advertising, digital marketing, account management, sports management, consulting, or a start-up environment
• Previous exposure to campaign management, performance marketing, or programmatic advertising is a strong plus
• Strong interest in the digital, mobile, and advertising ecosystem in the football ecosystem
• A highly motivated, hands-on team player with a proactive mindset and the drive to take ownership and responsibility
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of working with data and reports
• A collaborative, reliable team player who communicates clearly and professionally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Comfortable working with digital campaign and project management tools and platforms; experience with ad servers, CRM systems, or reporting tools is an advantage
