(Junior) Global Reseller Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented (Junior) Global Reseller Manager to support and grow our international reseller network across the globe. In this role, you will work closely with Client Services Managers, Creative Strategists, and other internal teams to support digital advertising campaigns, maintain partner relationships, and coordinate reseller operations.

As this is a newly growing subdivision within the Sales team, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to building and improving internal workflows, processes, and reseller operations from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping shape new ways of working within an international business.

Your role

• Support reseller partnerships and act as a point of contact for administrative and operational topics
• Assist with campaign coordination, reporting, monthly reconciliations, and sales support activities
• Work closely with internal teams and resellers to monitor sales targets  and help resolve client issues when needed
• Help create commercial offers, forecasts, and reporting documents for reseller partners
• Assist with outbound sales activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Identify and research new business opportunities in global markets
• Support the development and optimization of internal workflows, reporting structures, and operational processes within the reseller division

Your profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising, media, sales, account management, or campaign management
• Strong interest in digital media, international sales, and reseller business models
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with an interest in reporting, data, and performance tracking
• Proactive and hands-on attitude with a willingness to contribute to building new processes and workflows
• Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Salesforce experience is a plus
• Fluent English required; German and/or Spanish are a plus
